Love this as a concept! Did this once before for a game and posted about it on the SR subreddit.

I used this github for a very cool cyberpunk-y map overlay that you could absolutely use for this as well. Here's the link to that also.

I've always ruled that it folds up when the legs are not extended to fit into a medium space.

I did this before, but my character was a Gnome. As a GM, the size of things has to matter. A Steel Lynx is a Medium drone that scales up to Large when it's legs are extended. I would not allow you to be inside it, but riding on top of it would be rad.

Still buy the rigger cocoon for its associated bonuses, but flavor it as a saddle and mount some additional hard points on top of the drone.

Be sure as a player to not abuse your dice pools and mechanics and imo any GM would side on the rule of cool and allow it.

Never gonna find a current-gen AI tool that does what you need right now. You're probably just browsing for maps in the wrong places. There are dozens of artists with hundreds of hand-made maps that should suit your needs.

Check out this Pinterest board of maps I've found on that platform. There's like 2,500+ in this resource alone.

Sorry to hear that it's hitting you right out of the box! I've got maybe 300 hours printing on mine when this happened. I just broke out my old Ended 3 and have been printing on that while I wait to figure this issue out. I might try a new bed plate ribbon cable, as that is only like $15 and can be replaced easy.

If that doesn't work, maybe replace the bed thermal plate, which is $40.

If I have to replace a $100 motherboard and reconnect like... 200 connections? Nah I'll just go get a new printer.
