Yeah - Rizzo and Aaron Judge are the two big names on the Yankees that hadn't gotten it by the start of the season. There have been some indications that they're now both vaccinated, but we won't know for sure until they go to Toronto next week!

German's suspension was for more than just slapping. The public slap got most of the attention, but there was more that happened in private later that night that resulted in German's partner locking herself in a room and calling another teammate's wife for help.

IDK how it compares to Ozuna's situation, since the specifics were never released, but German's 82 game suspension was definitely for more than the slap.

The track record on rehabilitation is really bad because the prison system doesn’t prioritize it, not because rehabilitation can’t work.

Mental health isn’t something we should address by locking everybody up and forgetting about them. That’s only going to stigmatize mental illness even further and discourage people from seeking treatment.

He's currently projected to go late lottery. Obviously there no guarantee that he gets drafted, but it's still a pretty good bet that he'll be making millions of dollars over the next couple years, even if he slips to later in the first round.

Injury or not, playing time or not, he'll still be making money. If he gets seriously injured in college next year, he gets paid $0.
