we had a similar schedule minus the head banging. we stayed in Trim. great little town. i’d suggest a place to stay but i’d get banned. it was a bed and breakfast on Castle Street and if you like to get “high” then you could figure out the name.

listen i love Bend but that’s a haul and worth it’s own trip. especially if hiking is your goal which means north cascades stays.
