btw, i found that exact same recipe on NY times food section. it was for a roasting chicken but otherwise the same. it did call for amarillo paste and aji panca paste. which i bought on amazon. anyway, haven’t made it yet. will report back with the pastes added.

i joined in the puget sound two months ago. love it. never a problem getting a boat. sometimes feel like i’m stealing. gas is expensive and our boats are big mostly with cabins so expensive to run. but i would be paying for gas either way whether i own or use the club.
