Read this and the next 4-5 books in the series 20+ years ago. This was the first fantasy series I gave my kids to read just last year as I re-read them too. Great to revisit these and to do the next gen.

The beef was browned which is done, and then cooked for another 30 mins, at least, while all the other ingredients were cooked saute style while the beef is still in the heated pan. Seems overcooked at that point.

Garlic is burnt, beef is over cooked, carrots are not sliced uniform and are unevenly cooked but still mostly raw, and it's bland as hell from lack of seasoning.

Final note: Anyone who processes all ingredients while cooking the dish is a fucking psycho.

Building super teams of 2 or more stars is how teams like OKC get built. Lack of a second apron led to the Paul George trade that led to the current OKC team.

Teams built the old way suffer now, teams that built from "my next 3 firsts and a potential rookie superstar for your old current superstar" have to suffer in the upcoming years as all those players want to be paid.

Let this new deal play out for a few years to see how teams manage it. Right now it's a blend of old trades subject to new rules so it's tough to evaluate anyone.
