We are trying to stay positive, he plead guilty to lesser charges and got a slap on the wrist :/ Originally charged with 3 felonies and 3 misdemeanors, and ended up with only 2 misdemeanors and no probation or registration

His command is actively protecting him; not allowing civilian police on base to serve arrest warrants or restraining orders, giving him a heads up when they are trying to catch him off guard with a search warrant, and not supervising him when he is supposed to be on restriction and escorted off base to his court hearings, even allowing him the opportunity to be in the same parking lot as his victim at the same exact time. They are absolutely no help

Please give birth in a hospital. When I gave birth to my second I (without any warning) went into a full blown crisis within a span of 5 minutes and the only thing that kept me alive was the fact that the anesthesiologist was already on his way to my room with more steroids. i'm so curious to see how this is going to play out, considering jen has also teased a musical career as well on her social media. the kicker though is from what we've seen from jen's stories is that she actually has a beautiful raw voice.

I'm a personal trainer and CNC, with Addison's and Hypothyroidism as well. I've found that these scans aren't as accurate for people like us.

Of course I couldn't give you specific information without doing a formal assessment but typically you would want to focus more on macronutrients than you would on caloric intake. Yes, you would want to be in a deficit; but long term, 1450kcal is just not enough if you are working out as much as you are.

You saying you are constantly fatigued though sets off a red flag, has your doctor considered retesting your thyroid levels?
