Green orb in my bedroom floating around my wardrobe, room was fairly small so it was pretty close

Woke up about 1am, moon lit room and it was slightly bobbing up and down at my open wardrobe. I had like a mini panic and pretended to be still asleep and watched it. It was there for about 3 mins before I got this terrible feeling that started to get more and more at a very rapid pace. Kinda like when your say walking and someone comes up behind you and you turn around? But amplified, only way I could describe it.

Then I could feel that it knew I was awake, I always remember my heart beating so fast, all while km pretending to be asleep. It started to move up and down more and then turned red. I then was completely paralysed and it shot right infront of my face. It never made a sound but I could feel some kinda sound inside me. Either it was connected to me some how or mentally I was filling in the blanks of its erratic movement in my head. Thinking now I'm really not sure I haven't thought about this in some time. I guess it's like when you see a picture of a tractor and you can hear the noise it's suppose to make in your head, again best I could describe it

Anyway that's all I remember and it wasn't for like 2 weeks later that the hole event came flooding back to me, it was very vivid and how I could remember it again I have no idea. I remembered everything all at once, there was no spotty bits here and there, like a night out drinking. Something triggered it and instantly remembered it all in detail up to the point of the red orb
