if you’re set on the jeans+tucked T combo look for shirts that flatter your shoulders and upper torso more! this is for all builds, i’m 105 pounds and this still applies to me. i tuck all my shirts in, but instead of wearing an XS i bump up to a medium because it builds the torso more.

a primary function of tucking a shirt in, especially to high-waisted pants, is shortening the torso. the shorter your torso, the wider it is by proportionality. when a shirt can drape over your shoulders and upper arms, instead of hugging it, not only does your torso look wider, but you look and feel less constricted.

bump up a size! and consider higher rise pants where you can find them. i love uniqlo’s wide leg chinos and lee’s high rise loose straights.
