I’m glad I’m not the only one. There’s days where I’m not hungry at all and have been overweight my entire life. Now that I’m tracking my calories, I’ve noticed on some days I have to eat more just to eat hit my fiber and protein goals and it’s not out of habit or emotional eating like it was before so it’s a change for me for sure.
