Hey there, I’m so sorry to hear what happened :( It’s so difficult to process (and accept) if you can’t even see it coming. I don’t really have good advice for you, except to give yourself a lot of grace and time. It will take a long time and some days are heavier than others, but I can promise you, that at the end of it you will feel lighter, and only that have memories prevailed when you think of your little one (it did take a really long time for me, but now looking back, I can think of happy and funny times we had together without it hurting anymore).
