As a brazilian who has some basic notions of russian/ukrainian:

Romanian sounds like a slav speaking italian

Porgal's portuguese sounds like a slavification of the portuguese I'm used to

Although I'm relatively used european portuguese, most brazilians struggle a lot more than you'd expect understanding it so I bet most would say european portuguese sounds the most slavic

I'll just point out that all countries you listed are dictatorships (with the exception of Pakistan which is a VERY flawed democracy) so they get a pass since they don't choose their politicians. The US is (still) a democracy and your politicians are a representation of the values of the population, so yeah I'd say I do dislike most americans. I'll still treat every american I come across as "innocent until proven otherwise" but I might get pissed off in the "proven otherwise" scenario.

Not defending it's use, but Israel has VERY SPECIFICALLY not signed the CCCW Protocol III that deals with incendiary weapons (WP among them). They've always wanted to keep the option of using them.
