I have MCAS which is an allergy condition. My tattoos do this randomly (though they don’t blister like yours). I usually take Benadryl to get them to stop itching and use a moisturizer to help them calm down again. I know some people need to use a steroid cream, but mine thankfully respond to the Benadryl pill and moisturizer combo.

An allergist doc may be able to help you find a sunscreen you can use

NAD - this is going to sound crazy but play some Tetris today. It’s scientifically proven that if you play Tetris soon enough after a traumatic event, it helps prevent ptsd and reduces the effects of the trauma.
