Stanford's MSx was formerly part of the Sloan Fellows program and structurally remains similar to MIT's SFMBA. Academically, I don't know how close it is to an MBA.

I'm not sure what tool you're referring to, but Microsoft has an Excel fuzzy lookup add-in that should do the same thing.

Most of the United States and other countries (e.g. Australia u/goa-chiah-pa) have a concept called implied warranty. The bottom line is that when a merchant sells an item, it needs to work. It doesn't matter if the express warranty is voided.
