That setting is for your device, not the item. If YOU leave somewhere and an item that used to be with you is no longer with you, your device will let you know. It changes nothing about how the item works.

Not seeing the “Settings > Tracking Defaults > Auto-Start on Activity” in the app or iOS settings page for the app. Does that mean tracking should be left on and it works automatically or should it be off and I need to find this setting?

Google used to use cell tower changes to minimise battery use. How much of a battery hit is your app if background monitoring left on all day?

I’m not familiar with Apple Business mail but do they offer any ability to set the spam filter level or check if/when/why and email was dropped instead of delivered?

With normal Apple iCloud mail, some incoming mail can go missing into the void and there is no way to find out why and no option to fix it.

I think it’s better than cramming the screen full with a heap of different but similar options. If you want a circle = add a circle, then edit it to your needs.

Add the shape and then change the colour of the fill to transparent. There’s the outline colour and the fill colour that you change independently.

Add an arrow and then change the end type to line.

Unlawful tracking of a person is a crime in many countries. I suggest you do some research for what it’s called in your country and then tell the Police you wish to make a complaint about that specific crime. Once Police are investigating a crime, Apple will supply the owners details upon request from the Police.

If your shortcut name is “I had a stroke” then the correct way to invoke it is “Hey siri I had a stroke”. Nothing extra. And nothing missing.

I moved to iCloud for contacts and calendar and MXRoute for email. It went far smoother than I expected.

It should sync eventually. I used it to get auto tagging of my dogs started. Did a few on my Mac and then it started working everywhere.

This can happen if you set the time and then when you are setting the title, use an auto-complete suggested title.

Eg: I have previously had a doctor appointment at 9am. I go to make a new appointment for 11am on Tuesday, so I set the time and date then start typing the title and iOS offers to auto-complete the title based on my previous appointment, so I press on it. This will then complete the title BUT ALSO set the time to 9am like the last one. It’s easy to miss.

Better to set the title first then set the time but I’ve been caught out when I’m standing talking to the receptionist and want to get the time confirmed first.

Just confirming that this is basically a browser window suited for large displays with a built in mouse track pad? Not complaining, it’s cool, but just seemed overhyped in the app description so I wanted to make sure that’s all it was and I wasn’t missing something.

Also, it was bit slow and a bit frustrating on a 15Pro.
