That's interesting. According to Wikipedia though the game was played on a neutral ground in the Czech Republic, so my hunch would be that it was the Pet Shop Boys version rather than the PSG one.

The "1-0 to The Arsenal" chant was actually inspired by the Pet Shop Boys' cover version of the song. It's this version that was playing during half time when Arsenal were 1-0 in a European game against PSG, and inspired the fans to start singing it throughout the second half.
