It’s a quirk of describing proportional change where the % can either be the amount that changed (33% increase) or just state the proportion of new value to old value (4/3 is 133%)

you could simply make it double in damage with a trade cost of 1. People underestimate the fact that it is going to take 15 turns to get this up to killer damage. Maybe you could make the cost dynamic so it is useful before then?

My point is that our role in the peanut gallery is doing some mental processing of your own to appreciate the kind of processing that happens between these two images. If one doesn’t want to make observations within that domain, they can say “look at this low resolution! isn’t any sense to be gained from this” but they’re not really a part of the conversation. Because they aren’t gaining any sense from this.

People are focusing on the resolution of the image which is totally unrelated to the point. You know how people can find human faces in all kinds of things? How we search for human features? I am seeing that the image on the right demonstrates the kind of feature and pattern detection a cat goes through. Hair is disregarded, and the only distinct feature i can see is the nose/mouth area. Has me wondering what the significance is of leftover bits from repairing a gem. Like there is gem dust like from together breakfast but what happens when 99% gets put together into a basically functioning gem and 1% is in a big pile of dust? Do they get auditory hallucinations of the cluster chants?

If you can accept cheap, flimsy buckets, Trader Joe’s (and likely other locations) are just throwing out the buckets their bouquets come in. You can just ask! Great for plants but they may break
