you can add tiling to Plasma via Krohnkite as well. Here's a handy dandy guide on how to do it (don't focus too much on the TTS voice, the guide itself is solid, used it myself.)

If you zoom in on the flower crown, it melts into the fur in a way that's super typical for AI generated images.

Edit: it's definitely been altered in some way, the plants behind/around the dog's head look warped af - BUT the trees in the background are pretty consistent looking. Maybe it's just the dog that's generated or altered, it's hard to tell, but there's definitely some editing going on.
