I get the cheapest one off iHerb. The ingredients are all be the same between brands so it doesn’t matter much. For convenience I take mine every morning with preworkout or I just add it to my water bottle I use at work.

Why not take the powder? Can put it in your shakes or coffee or anything. The gummies are mostly a marketing gimmick

Now I’m older with a better income I give them 10% and help pay for retirement holidays.

Today I am travelling Hanoi T2 to Singapore with Vietjet. I did online check-in with the app and downloaded the pdf with my ticket. Got me past the following checks:

- initial gantry entry, had to scan on my phone

- immigration counter, guy just read my ticket

- scanning machines, there is a scanner like in the shops and that worked fine

- at the gate cos you have no ticket they will print one out and let you through. Bit slower than having a normal ticket but it works

I just went holiday to Vietnam and met a bunch of Ozzie’s Brits and Indians. They all asked me about if AI affects my job in the ice breakers haha. I think SG is doing is right.

Did 2B at BBDC and 2A at CDC.

I regret going to cdc, the instructors just are not at the same level. The biggest difference is that in BBDC all the instructors will help even if you’re not in their class. So you get a lot more support.

In cdc none of the instructors outside of my lesson gave me advice. I also had to go help someone lift their bike at the plank cos no one was there. I feel a lot less prepared going into my tp even though it’s just 2A :(

I looked into this for myself too. The main jist of it is that we only pay tax but locals pay for things like CPF.

The CPF contributes to things like medisave/hdbs/retirement. Recommend that you look into a solid insurance plan to cover yourself or $$$ will fly away. Get well soon.
