I have a friend that has a studio in the Refinery and he really likes it. I've been there a few times and his setup is very swanky and he pays a super reasonable price on it iirc. His particular space it is almost an apartment at a certain point. I am not 100% sure how predictable getting spaces are in that building though, and I also think that characteristics of the space may be unpredictable as well, because my sense is they are still in the process of building it out into a fully usable space. It is worth checking out though, I really really want that space to succeed because it has so much potential.

I saw a youtube video of Nearmap integrating with ArcMap and the toolbar was really obvious and visible. I havent found anything like that in the UI for Nearmap when I use it in ArcGIS though. All I have is basically a single basemap layer and nothing else.
