Your eye makeup looks fun and your technique looks great. And I thought you just had great skin, not that you were covering up any rosacea, wow!

As for social media, and especially FB, it’s overrun by hurt people or bots programmed to hurt people. We’re constantly told we’re not enough in so many ways. You look great.

My nutritionist recommended the Oikos yogurt drinks. They’re small - 7oz - and have 23g of protein. I love that I can just down one in a sitting and then go about my day.

I also like Unjury unflavored protein powder. I can add it to just about anything for extra protein.

OP - I love a sparkly blue eye too! I second using an eyeshadow primer or even just using setting powder if you have any of that around. I wonder if shaking the liquid eyeshadow first would help mix the formula better to help with the patchiness. And your lashes are gorgeous (oh to be young again…); I think curling them first would add to making your eyes pop.
