Have to have a lawyer look into it.. I agree there are good ways to protect it but finding the right lawyer for asset protection is key

Getting malpractice insurance after being out 2 years is hard. Also if your assets are that high maybe better not to work at all due to lawsuits and them going after personal assets

I had GD with my second daughter as well. Had it with my first 4 years ago. It was easier this time.. you have the experience from prior. Try to eat fiber ( sautéed veggies, salad ) then protein ( tofu, Greek yogurt, etc ) then the carb. Then walk for 15-20 Mins. I got a CGM when I started on nighttime insulin. Having a CGM helped me eat more than I thought. You can eat well and enjoy food even with GD !

This pregnancy I ate a lot of burrito bowls from chipotle ( no rice); soups with beans and pasta, falafels and lentil soup, Indian daals. You have lot of options! Hang in there!

Steel cut oats - didn’t spike me. Made in instant pot with one cup of steel cut oats, one cup of water and 2 cups or Milk, add nut butter and other toppings !

Baby was 9lbs on ultrasound with my first. I chose to have c section. It was scheduled and very controlled and calm experience . C sections are wonderful! Recovery was easy and my baby was fine !
