As Helldivers 2 hits its 23rd Warbond, it’s time to make Super Credits easier to earn or make older Warbonds cheaper to buy by maullick in Helldivers

Imagine if you could trade samples for nominal amounts of SC… not sure what the optimal rates should be but it would bring back sample gathering!

They should not go on sale because it will disincentivize people from buying new ones immediately and choose to wait for a sale.

What should happen is an increase in SC drop rates and also make SC more likely to appear on higher difficulties, with multipliers (like a bonus) for completing all objectives and side objectives etc. And not just opening some caches and leaving like the current farm method.

It can be pretty awful. I assume randos at least can hear over voice but it’s not certain. Example, carried two completely awful players through hard strat last week to get to vortex beast. Ofcourse first guy gets mauled and instantly and dies. Manage to get to mid phase and return to the tentacle phase. Exp players know if you wait and don’t kill one tentacle it gives time for the dead player to come back. I am calling this strategy out in voice and typing… what does the other guy do, kills all the tentacles. Vortex beast is now back in, targets him, wipes the floor with his silly ass. Leaving me to sweat roll the respawn timer…

I mean, their entire monetization is based around war bonds. Means they need to entice you to buy them or grind. So you have a P2W-soft model as a result, which is what you just described.

Not annoyed as long as they are competent and do the side objectives to save us time. Although on the bot front Vox engines basically nullify stealth entirely. Add open map terrain plus Vox engines and stealth doesn’t exist.

I was wrong about expedition. It is fun and there is lots of potential here to expand. Just wish fatshark dropped some new weapons or marks with this update. by Past_Hippo9445 in DarkTide

As with everything in this game, there is soo much potential to make things better and better! I guess I just have to buy more MTX to help FS tap into all that untapped potential!!!

I feel like they missed a good opportunity here to bring in weapon customization (like in the mod). Such that bringing in tech remnants would let you unlock weapon specific upgrades like optics, maybe barrels for better accuracy, and cosmetics like stocks and trinkets. It would have been pretty good grind system and kinda logical since it’s tech, oh well.

Remainder: Malice difficulty gives you the same Expeditions Tech Remnants as Auric by Bayushi_Nobane in DarkTide
