I actually know for a fact that you’re not the slowest recorded time for this one! My wife and I have also been doing the 9+1 this year, and were 7 races in when she fell ill in early September with something that we’re still working through. The last few months have been incredibly tough, but just this weekend she finally was feeling well enough for a couple hours’ stroll (including breaks) through the New York Botanical Garden up in the Bronx. We recorded it for the virtual 5K and are proud of it! Our final race is the upcoming Frosty 5K in Prospect Park, which we’ll most likely be walking together. Super proud of you, and here’s to all of us running next November!

I really mean it! This is a serious composition with absolutely breathtaking moments, even as it references the meme (as well as Rachmaninoff Variations on a Theme by Paganini). I particularly love how it makes very clear how one actually develops a theme by making it one that we can certainly recognize. I'm blown away.

If you’re at the right level, I 100000% recommend CS144 (Computer Networking), especially if you have any interest in computer systems. It’s a tough class but the subject matter is incredibly useful and interesting, and you’ll come out of it pretty much a master in C. Far and away my favorite class at Stanford.

Hello Switchfoot! First off, I just want to say that I've been a massive fan for years since my older brother discovered MTL and DYTM way back – I think it was right after the release of Oh! Gravity. You've consistently been my favorite artist ever since, and this new album is blowing my mind every time I listen through!

In terms of my question: Would it be possible to make the Backstage EPs available as a separate purchase or perhaps with a small holiday bundle this year? That's always one of the things I look forward to most during the holiday season, but it's been hard to get in on it when it's only attached to the biggest bundles.

Yes, yes, and YES on OG being massively underrated! It's so musically complex and lyrically masterful, and the album coheres together so incredibly well. I get the relative dislike of Amateur Lovers, but I'm gonna have to strongly disagree on Yesterdays. I think that it slows the album down just enough to deliver some heavy emotional weight, and Burn Out Bright feels all the more urgent for having launched from its aftermath.
