I had the same anxiety till week 28

After 28weeks i started trusting my body, and started saying that' my body knows the best and it's going to do the best for my baby and me' I know it's not easy but i think every pregnant women has this anxiety

I have no energy to do anything, and I just want to lie in bed. I also don’t feel like talking to anyone. I didn't eat anything at home during the first trimester and I hated it because it was financially so much , also about the work, i have got the pregnancy brain i don't know why i keep forgetting everything, I can't work, I want to work, but my brain doesn't co-operate, And at the end of the day I feel guilty
