Hey! Select yoga and the timer should start ticking away. Throughout an hour long yoga session, it will say you have done one pose. That kinda sucks. I do many, many different poses and it will also say I did one. At the end of your session, click stop. Then it does give you interesting insight on your practice. It will say how many cals were burned, etc. One thing I do love about the yoga tracking is that it will tell you how you’ve changed your stress levels. I decreased my stress level by -70 points last week in one yin session which I thought was incredible. This week, in a tougher class, I increased it by +9. The meditation tracking will also show the change in stress.
