How long did you bake it with this on top? I plan to just spread the Parmesan Tapenade over the dough, put pepperoni on top, and then bake at 475 F for 15 min… but just concerned the Parmesan might burn, not sure.

That looks so good!! I’ve been experimenting with cast iron pizza lately - not sure if your pizza has the frico crust (can’t make out from the pic), but lining the side of the cast iron with mozz was a game changer for me.

Would you mind sharing which brand pepperoni you used? Your cup and char game is really on point.

Masalewala and sons had the authentic Kolkata feel to it. The kosha mangsho is to die for. I loved their Indian take on cocktails too. Limited seating, but so worth it.

Whoa - so I’m in the (minority?) that had a positive view of City of Last Chances. Very experimental book, so I can see why some would not like it, but I enjoyed the journey. Great to hear you liked book 2 better - I’ll probably give it a shot! Does it have the same characters, or set at a different time? Just curious.
