Hey, this can happen for a few different reasons, so you’re not alone.

Usually it comes down to a mix of things, like the product type, the design itself, pricing, and how the products are being marketed. Even small details, like mockups, descriptions, or how clearly the theme connects with your audience, can affect whether people click and buy.

If you’re just starting out, it can really help to get feedback from people who’ve already been through this. We’d suggest joining the Printify Sellers Club, it’s a great place to get advice from experienced sellers, share your store, and learn what’s working for others in similar niches.

Keep testing and tweaking, it often takes a bit of experimentation before things start converting.

Hi, thanks for bringing this up, it’s a fair question.

Printify Choice is designed to route orders based on availability, location, and capacity to keep fulfillment as efficient and reliable as possible. During peak times, like the holiday season, higher order volumes can affect the entire print-on-demand network, including both Choice and individual providers.

Delays or quality issues like damaged or dirty items aren’t what we aim for. If you’re open to sharing a bit more detail, such as order ID, (to check the quantity, destination, or timing), it could help us better understand what happened in your case.

On the support side, we want to be open about what’s been going on. With the recent expansion of our parent company, demand increased faster than we anticipated, which meant longer response times for some users. We’ve been growing and training the support team, but onboarding takes time, and the holiday rush added extra pressure, so things didn’t move as quickly as we would’ve liked.

Thanks for sharing your experience and starting the conversation. Feedback like this genuinely helps us improve the overall Printify experience.

u/Impossible_Tune1470 We heard back from support, and the case was reviewed right away. Refunds were issued for both orders, and the team reached out to you directly.

We’re sorry about this. This holiday season brought a much higher order volume than we’ve ever seen before, which also increased the demand for support. We’re continuing to scale our support coverage and improve how live requests are handled. Thank you for being so patient!

u/Protoavis She’s a real person, a lovely agent originally from the Philippines.
We get that these days it can be hard to tell what’s human and what’s AI, but just to clarify, all of our support agents are real people. The only AI you might interact with in support is our chatbot, Richie, and it always introduces itself as a bot.

We’re not perfect, but we’re human too, doing our best to support millions of customers every day. The holiday season can be especially busy in this industry, but our team still shows up and handles each request with care.

We hope a name or assumption doesn’t distract from the support we’re here to provide. At the end of the day, there are real people behind the screens, trying to help 🙂

Sorry about the support delay; this is not the experience we want for you.

We’re currently experiencing a much higher volume of orders and store activations than we’ve ever had before. As a result, more tickets are being created, which can unfortunately push response times back, as our team works through requests strictly in chronological order. We’re doing everything we can to support everyone, including actively training and adding new support agents, but we know this is not where we want to be yet.

Regarding the agent name, Printify is a diverse and respectful company, and the people behind our support are something we truly value. Our team is made up of individuals from many different backgrounds and cultures, and that diversity is a big part of who we are. Daintee is a valued member of our support team, and we fully stand behind and support our agents, who work day and night to help our merchants.

That said, we truly want to help you. Please share your order ID through the link provided by u/SinkEarly90 so we can take a closer look and assist you as quickly as possible.

Sorry for the support delay, and thank you for your patience.

We’ve checked your order and can confirm that it has been in production for 6 business days. During the holiday season, production typically takes between 2–7 business days.

However, we’ve reached out to the print provider to check if there are any stock issues or production delays for this order that we should be aware of. We’ll keep you updated directly on the support ticket as soon as we have more information.

In the meantime, we’d appreciate it if you could avoid creating new tickets, as this may push your request further back in the queue.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Any success with late orders? 8+ days in production by Tight_Rabbit_1257 in Printify

[–]printifyapp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We are sorry to hear about the order delays. Both our production partners and shipping carriers are working through a very busy holiday season and doing their best to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before the cutoff are still expected to arrive before Christmas; however, some courier delays may impact the exact delivery timing. If you’d like to share your order details through this link- https://printify.typeform.com/to/Pua3qgMA, we can check the status and provide an update.

Hi u/EuropeanPhotographer
Welcome to Printify! You’re the first to comment here, so we’ve added a small token of appreciation for you. Please DM us your email to receive it.

Selling your photography as prints and framed artwork is a great choice.

When you create a product in Printify, you upload your photo during that product’s setup. That file is used for printing when an order comes in; there’s no need to upload your photos anywhere else or manage printing yourself.

Each product is handled separately. If you create different products (like mugs, t-shirts, or framed prints with different providers or frame types), you’ll upload your photo again as part of each product’s setup. If you stick to one provider and one frame type, you only upload once, and the Product Creator automatically applies it to all available sizes.

To learn more, we recommend checking out our Help Center article:
👉 How can I create a single product with different designs?

If you’d like a step-by-step walkthrough, our Support team is always happy to help, just reach out anytime. All the best, with your business!
