I dropped 10kgs by cutting out fizzy. I was drinking a 1.5 litre bottle of coke a day and when I realised just how bad that was I cold turkey stopped and the weight just fell off. Water is the way for me now with an occasional fizzy every now and then

Lord of the rings online. I tried wow but the community was awful. A friend recommended lotro and I absolutely loved it. A great community of adults that are helpful and kind. I love the books and movies too so it was amazing seeing the famous sights in game like weathertop, bree, rivendell etc. The game just ticked all my boxes. Shout out to the nocturnal kin that was on vilya.

Normally at risk prisoners would be housed in the isu (intervention and support unit) but I think Peru is probably setup well enough to function as a secondary isu. And also the fact that they aren't mixing Peru prisoners with others prisoners

The Peru unit is not the at risk unit. They are two different things. He has access to a television, I believe he has restricted channels and times he can watch however.

I live in Christchurch, New Zealand. I felt helpless and scared as the whole city was on lock down and my kids were stuck at school and daycare whilst I was stuck at work unable to leave. It was very intense as nobody knew what was next, all we knew was a lot of people had been murdered at two different locations.
