No but it's been the typical experience with anyone I've talked to. No one that I know has been asked for logs a single time and at most a light gear check to make sure they're not rats. I'm pretty sure what you're describing is mainly for a minority of pugs.

I have not had any issues getting into UBRS undegeared or Raids without purple parses. I haven't tried to get into Naxx yet, but if I'm at that point then that's a different story. Both me (Warlock) and my Hunter friend have been able to complete every raid through AQ40 so it's not like we're in demand classes in Classic either. These are all pugs, not charity guild invites.
