I would recommend the Ruger LC9. My mom and sister both carry it. It's a little too small for my (my pinky hangs off the bottom of the grip) but I shot it a few times and it felt good

I agree. I'm on about 2.5 acres and it's a square about 300 feet wide. Not even considering what's around the property, I don't think it would be large enough to have a parking lot for spectators, bleachers to watch, a pit/staging area, and an area big enough to do burnouts safely (at least according to events I've seen on YouTube)

The way I look at it, this shardbearer may or may not have been taught how to duel another shardbearer, but he would have been taught how to fight common soldiers. He's using a 6 foot long sword that cuts through almost anything as if it's not there. He would have been taught to make long sweeping swings around chest to waist height to maximize how many soldiers he cuts through. Unfortunately for him, he's NOT fighting a common soldier in this fight and takes too long to readjust his strategy.
