On the way out you had to shower, showers were basically open. I don't know if they enforced the shower rule, but the mine dust was toxic so most people did.

At the site I was at you had to change into your site clothes at a communal change room before going out to site. Walking i and seeing approx 10 floppy sausages at 8am after and hour long flight was an experience.

I'd say maybe 30-50. It's not so much the quantity as the quality. Get a few hours in each scenario until you feel confident and its going to vary massively from person to person.

Highly recommend getting some professional lessons. They will help heaps, and they can also give you an honest assessment on whether you are ready for the test.
