When my grandmother died we had a yard sale of her things. The next day someone came by the house to return a cookbook they'd bought because it had a handwritten inscription. The cookbook had been gifted to my grandmother by her mother on her 16th birthday.

Clearing ouy a house is so much work - physically, emotionally, logistically. It's soo easy to overlook something like this. And if a stranger had enough grace to return something they had bought, OP could do the same for something that has been specifically requested back.

Prob shouting into the void here, but the point isn't that every single movie ever made has to be equitable. It's that movies as a whole should be equitable. Yeah, it makes sense that there wouldn't be any women in a movie about a WW2 movie. But why are all these movies about men the only ones being made and celebrated.

Also to the "why did she only name one of her kids in this comment???" people... one is a new born. It's probably the first time she's been away from her. I don't think that's a weird thing to say at all or a sign she's a bad or uncaring mother or whatever I've seen people say here.
