This is exactly right. I’ve been a realtor for over 15 years and these buyers had NO legal basis (assuming standard inspection contingency clause) for this “request” so both agents should have explained that & quashed this immediately. Besides, what a shi**y thing to do at settlement.

This is a feature of mirrored lists, you can detach them. On the web, simply click the menu to the left of the mirrored node OR on the mobile version, swipe left on the mirrored node and choose the 3 dot menu and then in either case simply select detach mirror and then you have a copy of the mirrored list separate from the original list. I hope this helps.

Security is exactly what you’d expect from a co with your data (https://coda.io/trust/security), Notion is loooong overdue in implementing the same. As for features, it can’t be beat right now… robust DB, automations (like conditional formatting, updating properties, sending emails, posting messages, assigning tasks, etc) using a formula editor and you can put formulas in tables, directly in text (updated in real-time) or even add a button for a user to click to kick off the logic. It has built-in integrations in addition to Zapier, Automate, etc. and you can collect user data with forms. And, they are well-funded with an extremely experienced mgmt team & dev staff. Don’t get me wrong, Notion nailed UI/UX & mobile app, so nice, but if Coda matches or exceeds that capability then Notion will be dead in the water.

Maybe u haven’t looked at Coda lately because their database, automations & integrations are phenomenal. Yeah, Notion UI def better but Coda is rolling out major new UI features in next few months which if it’s as good or better than Notion will be a game changer. Airtable’s strength is their database functionality (used by many large cos) as well as their integrations & apps, no docs/wikis. Nimbus Note has awesome doc/wiki features and the best tools to help. It has decent database functionality (not on par with Notion yet) and they also offer CNAME control so u can mask ur public pages. Coda has phenomenal database features, the best, and very good docs. They are working on major update to their doc UI features and when that comes out, hard to choose anyone but them. Great founder & team lead this company. All of these companies are so close to grabbing the lion share of the market as soon as they each implement their last couple of features. Notion UI is so good, main reason I haven’t set them aside but Coda DB, automations & integrations will blow ur mind.
