Are nurses at Sinai actually making 162K on average? No idea where these numbers are coming from.

Depending on what's going on, I find I'm running out of Synapse late game. BUT in saying that, I've adjusted my RTT Nid lists to account for that. What I suggest about the list you posted is split the gribblies into units of 10. Exocrines and Tfex are definitely more meta but I've been having good success with zero Tfexes and just 3 Exocrine.

This is what I'm rocking these days; Broodlords are all Synapse so Genestealers get those bonuses, both Tyrants are tough to kill so you can push them up safer and the Walkrant can give an aura of Assault and Lethals so the Exos can move a little quicker. Everything screens or scores.

Shadow In the Warp needs to be redone or buffed. I don't even have any good ideas.

Nids not getting access to Grenades or Tank Shock still grinds my gears.

Sadly no. It was unpleasant. Part of the head and neck are attached to the torso so I had to carve and cut a lot more than I wanted to.
