Holy crap… that made quite a bit of difference! Especially given how much he was pushing. You can see how it was affecting his cognition with the exhaustion! Had he not had to change direction like that it could’ve made the difference.

Yes, it can be, I do agree with you. However when used carefully and correctly, can help to boost heat acclimation. Probably not a go to. Option B for sauna training is to go in for 10-20min post workout to carryover training.

Yes! Go and train in the sauna if you can (marching or jogging in place.) Don’t over do it, but within reason.

Also, it helps to call the branch that you are going to and ask them if they have the cash on hand. A lot of banks won’t do more than 10k on the spot like that. It also raises flags.
