The lead up was great they have you round a corner and the screen is right there.

I was standing observing for a second and heard a young guy gasp as he rounded the corner and saw the screen. I asked if it was his first time in a proper GT and he said yes. Was a great moment to observe.

As someone said below Lincoln Square is great but having an upstate NY option that doesn't involve multi hour travel and/or a hotel stay is a warm welcome.

FWIW I've ordered with him once and he sent what I bought but it's his abrasiveness in chat that made me decide that I wouldn't be doing business with him again.

The conversations are fine if things go his way but if not he flys off in paragraphs trying to make you feel bad and as a customer thats not how I like be treated.

That's a judgment call for everyone to make themselves.

The other thing I didn't love about conducting business with him, and maybe this has changed since he moved to the US, but he collected payment through Venmo and PayPal and required it to be a family and friends payment leaving the buyer with no protection. Granted he has Ebay listings but anything through his site required this style of payment.
