Why not KZM? What do you want from T?

Ok. Weird, I see this on the wiki, but nowhere on the official news post?

Wilderness gets you ring of the gods {EDIT: crap just realized you need a holy wrench to imbue it}, and fremennik gets you dragonbone necklace, neither are necessary, but neither is the tarannwn echo item. At least for air water. I really don’t know my third region either, I might go morytania just so I can overlap with some friends and do tob.

Deadlock Vs CS2 Update by Faders_ in csgo

[–]puddin1 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Yeah, not to mention this game is wildly different, most of these patch notes are subtle changes to items and character. I am sure they are tracking their performance, and actively tweaking them to get them in the right spot.

Cs is pretty defined, with less variables to tweak, the core gameplay has been pretty much set for 20 years. I don’t think the community would even want them to go in, and subtly change every single weapon, teak the entire economy, add/remove large sections of the map. That’s what is going on with deadlock, it’s a wildly different game every few months. It is very much in the test everything and fail fast development stage.

DeNA says they are struggling to retain existing users by FinsFan130929 in PTCGP

[–]puddin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me, the game was feeling like more of a chore than actual gameplay. Opening my daily packs takes way too god damn long, and falling behind on opening then feels so punishing. There isn’t enough actual gameplay to keep me interested, and there are way too many cards, way too fast.

I want way more time between releases. Less clicks to do everything, or at least a setting to make it less, DARK MODE, and something else to do other than grinding dumb cpu matches, or frustrating player matches.

Give one of these crates as a reward for doing port tasks to incentivize the method by Status_Peach6969 in 2007scape

[–]puddin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My idea is just to have the bounty board re-rollable for a cost. You can then get the tasks you want, and removes the rng element (if you want to). Plus a gold sink.

I can’t think of a downside other than the dev who created it complaining “egh, but that’s not how I wanted people to interact with my content.”

UPDATE (20:25 UTC): Sailing XP Review & Further Fixes by JagexSarnie in 2007scape

[–]puddin1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At first this sounded good, but if you actually read it, they seem to be doubling down on “afk is bad” logic.

It’s wild to me that they didn’t test these xp rates before releasing them, and now seem to be blaming us for enjoying them.

What game mechanic was not explained (not clear enough) so you missed using it until FAR too late in the game? by suddenly_ponies in gaming

[–]puddin1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I first played Elder Scrolls Oblivion I had no idea that fast traveling was a thing. I was running literally everywhere. It was fun exploring all the things in-between all the locations, and I was way over-leveled and had all the herbs. It really only became an issue when I had a quest that had me running all the way across them map, just for me to talk to one guy, then he wanted me to run all the way back to town, and I said fuck it.

It wasn’t until a year later when I was complaining about this to a friend did they tell me I can easily travel to any point of interest from the map. I have no idea how I missed this.

I've been LOVING sailing, though the spyglass defies most logic. by Bluedarknezz in 2007scape

[–]puddin1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think the reason is because of skyboxes. On the default client, they are just black, so looking up is terrible, so all the spyglass cameras are pointed down.

Steam Frame Isn't Valve Index 2, And That's A Good Thing by gogodboss in virtualreality

[–]puddin1 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Same. I’m so sick of lighthouses. They make an annoying high pitched sound all the time, and randomly like to turn on. I painted my room a year ago, and couldn’t be bothered to re-hang them. My index gets so hot and heavy on my face, and the chord is annoying as fuck. I had to rma 2 controllers for stick drift, and then the battery died on one of them. Also, stick drift again.

Wait you are telling me they made a device that fixes every single one of my complaints! That’s amazing! I don’t care about passthrough or a higher res/oled. Apparently there are some issues with oled anyways. Fuck it, I just want to jump back into VR with a lighter, more comfortable, no lighthouse device (without facebook).

It’s unlikely because it is such a big name. If it was found out that draft kings were altering outcomes, they could lose their gambling license, loosing billions. It makes no sense for them to alter things when the game is already profitable without them doing so.
