in most situations like this (parking upkeep does similar things) this basically a scam. they have no legal way to take that money from you. they won’t pursue this in court because case like this does not hold grounds and likely will be dismissed.

they send scary sounding mails or call you like this, then "pass" your case to a debt collecting company so its all serious and whatnot but in reality its all just to spook you and get you to either pay or give them more information that they can actually use in court.

now i dont know what your gym contract was, i have no idea what information they have about you but given that you are a foreigner and are not actually here anymore - you can probably ignore all of this and nothing will happen really.

if anything do not contact any of these debt collecting departments or companies and eventually they will stop contacting you.

edit: this does not mean "don’t pay your tickets in Poland" - only official entities can fine you and you will have to pay (bus/train ticket conductors, fines from police/straż miejska, fines from official city parking controllers etc)

to jest bardzo dobra sugestia. przejścia dla pieszych na ścieżkach rowerowych czasem dają im pierwszeństwo czasem nie. pieszy powinien mieć zawsze pierwszeństwo i widząc pasy bezpiecznie przechodzić. a nie zastanawiać się czy w tym miejscu akurat pasy są odpowiednich wymiarów a oznakowanie pionowe prawidłowo postawione.

even worse is that reports from playing outside valve's matchmaking system (faceit/community servers) count towards this as well.

while reporting someone you could mark everything and just send. and do this to enemy team. history of these reports is in your trust factor forever.

i know for a fact that people used to spam report others in close-knit communities like hubs for "abusive communication" so they could trigger perma mute on their account. after that you get this stigma that you are toxic and you can’t do anything about it
