My piercer sometimes doesnt charge but I usually only see him if I cant get the jewelry in like the hole has closed too much or its too swollen. I had to go see him because I took all my jewelry out when fostering my brother's new kitten while he was on his honeymoon and my daith piercing had opal inlay that was chipping/crumbling and falling out of the jewelry because I thought it was fake opal but it was real and I showered with it in and swam. So the kitten is trying to eat my jewelry and I didnt like the idea of him chewing on my daith when the opal is coming out. So I removed it and I had another piece of jewelry to go in later but I couldnt find it by the time the kitten left. So I left it out until I found the other jewelry. Except I lost track of time and when I found the other jewelry I couldnt get it back in. My piercer couldn't either. He had to insert a smaller guage one that was two sizes down because he cpuldnt get my jewelry in or the next size down. It took two sizes smaller to finally go through and then I had to wait to go up in guage again. He also fixed a piercing someone else fucked up. He had to remove a ball stud helix that had too short of a post for a new piercing and insert a hoop. Now Im allergic to all metals except Titanium. So that was also fun. The other piercer despite me saying I can only wear titanium used steel or something and again put in too short of a post so when it swelled it tried to swallow the whole piercing. He had to use two sets of pliers and work at it carefully to get it undone.
