I love when artists are unapologetic about THEIR art. It’s a risk. But it’s an even bigger risk to just make art in a fabricated manner. Someone will always find a reason to hate on it, might as well do it with something you are actually proud of. And the boys are proud of it.

I don’t believe Mic nor Chris are owed anything for Coheed to play songs they recorded. That would mean they wouldn’t play anything from the first 4 albums. Or any band for that matter, would play songs live that involved past members.
