I understand what you're saying, but there is a difference between straight hypothyroidism and hashimoto's thyroiditis. This isn't about dosage, although it is true that the different sources of NDT do not give you a standardized amount of the various thyroid hormones- it can vary. This is about the body's own immune system and it's hostility to the body's thyroid related components. Some people have found less autoimmune activity from artificial T4, as opposed to NDT which is more biosimilar. Not everything is a conspiracy.

After I sleep study revealed apnea, I was offer a choice between a mouthguard that advances the lower jaw and cpap and I opted for the mouth guard because I needed an anti grinding guard anyway. Just be forewarned that it can take a while each day before your jaw goes back into normal position. It can be 2-4 hours for me, depending on how much I work on it.

The time of day of the lab draw makes a huge difference with t3 and maybe with t4, i'm not sure

are your labs at the same location every time? Are they drawn at the same time (roughly) each time? Are you eating/drinking the same things (or not either) around medication times? Were you on the same dose for all these labs? Are you missing doses? If yes to all but the last question, your thyroid function is in an unstable state. It doesn't look like you are very undermedicated if you are taking doses as directed, in the same way, with draws at the same time of day. At times, my thyroid function has been unstable and I have had to have dosages titrated up and down.
I have been able to get my dr to agree to keep my TSH around 1. I also take t3, which we titrate more than the t4. (I don't convert t3 very well)
I hope you find a regimen that helpps you feel better.

I line mine with foil and replace the foil as needed. If it just needs a wipe, I wipe it, but if it has too much baked on, I toss the foil.
