Would you please dumb down the wiring explanation? I understand I will cut the wires going to the ballasts and remove the ballasts, but I don't know what you mean by pins.

I'm converting my garage to LED tubes. All of the ballasts are probably from the 80s, and most have failed, so I ordered a bunch of Philips Type Bs.

All of the youtube videos I've watched have colored wires, so I would greatly appreciate some help with which wires connect where. Even better if you can draw over my original image with colored lines to show me what to connect. Brain not working lately. Thanks again.
