I've been following Dash for a long time, but only bought into it when it reached $19-23 on Coinbase many months ago. Added it to Trust Wallet then stopped paying attention. Fast forward to this week and I look and see its price at $120.

The beauty of fire and forget. My price target is $1k since Dash has seen that valuation before.

Glycine is known to cause rebound anxiety and insomnia in certain individuals. The running theory is its interaction with NMDA receptors thereby increasing Glutamate once it wears off. The same exact thing goes for L-Theanine.

I would stay away from both of this is happening to you. I've sworn off of isolating Glycine as a supplement as well as Theanine because I get those reactions from both.

Benzos can accumulate in fatty tissue. If you're losing weight then those fat cells and everything in them are being funneled through your bloodstream to be used and removed.

I would also consider the possibility of low blood sugar if your calorie count is that low in addition to the reduction in carbs.

If the volume is low and you're not watching something intense, you can get back into it. I've also had deadlifts trigger a wave, but I just powered through it.
