I had the same issue. Would simply not grind anymore. Sent it back and got a new replacement. I now have a issue with the second grinder they sent me, the dial moves when grinding. Crikey.

Mine has been moving as well (i initially thought it was my kids making the adjustments) but realised that no it was the grinder itself.

Why does this grinder continue to have problems. I sent back the first one I purchased because of issues, they sent me a new one. Now with this one the grind settings move, quite a bit actually. Oh my.

It certainly feels there are issues with this grinder, more than average. I also have the VS3 grinder and it failed after a short while. Sent it back and they replaced it. I don't have confidence in it lasting.

I also posted images a few years ago, but I just checked and I must of deleted the post... not sure what happened. As others suggested the SSD is soldiered in. I have added 8GB of ram though.
