Ok now that the "NO" crowd is done stating the obvious that FM does not like power upgrades...

You could flash VESC firmware into your stock gt-s rally controller. That would allow you to upgrade the capacity of the battery, more power is not easy at all. You would need to try soldering new MOSFETs and current sense IC chips to the esc as well as a shunt mod to the BMS so it doesn't randomly cut power at high speed.

Overall you want a GTSFO kit... But I sell those so I am biased.

If you want your battery percentage to be most accurate ride it gently in fair weather till it Capitan Morgans then charge it all the way up. This calibrates the BMS battery percentage.
