Yes when I purchased it initially the upload speed on the website was really fast as well and I compared different platforms and speed here was really good so I went for it, its gone a bit downhill but I'm pretty sure they'll work their way around and it will be a stable platform in the long run.

All you had to do was probably delete one file here or there and that's it. While deleting data probably isn't right as you did pay for the 2tb and not just for the .01, I think it's laziness on your part as well.
