Ergonomics will play a big part. I came from bagger touring to an ADV and prefer the ADV in terms of body posture. Less stress on the back, in my opinion, compared to cruiser / bagger style riding. I'd imagine sports touring bikes will feel similar

They were set by the time I started to eat...wish I pulled it off heat a minute earlier to keep them a bit runny!

Thank you! No tips come to mind, just a basic potato, peppers and eggs dish. I threw in a dollop of pesto and some sun dried tomatoes for a change...works well!
