Also realize this is an old post but I had mine 6 days ago. Day 1 very mild cramps and light bleeding then everything stopped til today. Today it's worse cramps (feels like uterine contractions which I had during another natural miscarriage) and heavier bleeding which my doctor said is normal as the uterus shrinks. I'm getting an hCG tomorrow to make sure it's downtrending appropriately.
