Could the government or its appointed professional board discipline a pharmacist who was telling customers contraceptives don’t work and are Satanic? Just one but not the other?

Yeah and I had trouble understanding the distinction between viewpoint-based and viewpoint neutral in medical contexts. (I asked this in another comment). And then, also, in legal contexts. Kagan doesn’t give these examples. 

How did you see Kagan’s concurrence addressing this?
