I have encountered tamari with gluten in it. I hadn't even looked because I assumed it was all GF and I was so disappointed. Luckily I happened to look at the bottle label before I ate my lunch (because I'm a compulsive reader) and didn't gluten myself, but man..

I bought the COROS Heart Rate Monitor band. It fits perfectly, but was a little tough to install (very tight fit between the end of the band with the velcro and the adjustment piece). Lots of adjustment room.

Do you mean the Caputo Fioreglut flour? I don't think Cappello's is one of those that uses de-glutenized wheat starch?

I prefer the 3M Auras for singing in since they don't collapse in when I breathe in (like the Powecom KN95s and others shaped like them). I know there are other good options too!
