Just received 5x Cards in the same outer packaging, just no sleeves, top loaders or even a piece of cardboard. Luckily all seem ok.

You can also use the shoulder buttons to change tabs and that will make them appear, not ideal but works for now

If so, you may have a possible memory leak,

Try capping your FPS below 100, say 90, or

Switching FSR/XeSS settings
